Hi my 232 friends,

OK, maybe I don’t have as many fans as J.K. Rowling, but I’m thrilled to have you 232 newsletter subscribers in my tiny, little corner of the book world. You open my newsletters, click on links, buy Combat Origin on pre-order and even write me back – I love getting emails and comments and reply to every one.

Plus, some of you have shared my free prequel and newsletter with fellow readers. I appreciate that a lot.

Speaking of my books (of which there are only two published so far, if you count the prequel) I want to reassure you that I have all of Kiriai’s story in the works and promise not to leave you hanging.

Here’s the plan for the rest of the year:

Book 1: Combat Origin – August 1st – ($0.99 pre-order on Amazon)

Book 2: Combat Mind (can Kiriai stop an assassination plot?)– September 1st (already written)

Book 3: Combat Outbreak (A deadly plague threatens her world) – October 1st (already written)

Book 4: Combat Impulse (They’re hunting the gifted children) – November 1st (finishing the first draft tomorrow!)

Book 5: Combat Shift – (War threatens and they’re desperate for reinforcements) December 1st (will finish the end of Sept.)

Book 6: Combat Valor – (The epic battle to save Kiriai’s hood and all her people) Jan/Feb ’20 (should be done end of Dec.)

Book 7: Combat Echo – (Only the elite fighters become city warriors) Mar/Apr ’20 (should be done end of Mar.)

So, I hope you enjoy the books and stick with me and Kiriai’s story as she fights her way to the top of her world so she can save everyone she cares about and leave the bad guys lying on the ground around her. 🙂

Oh, and since a picture is worth many words, here are the covers – any guesses as to who the model is? – hint: amazing and someone close to me 🙂

COMING SOON:

I received some great feedback from the self-defense tip last week and plan on making that a monthly feature.

Click ‘comment’ and send me your questions or dangerous situations you’ve been in and I’ll tailor the tips to you.

Thank you for your support! It’s a big deal for a new author like me. You’re the best!

Until next week,

Misty 🙂
