Hi Friends,
I’m about to start outlining Combat Shift, Book 5, tomorrow. If you’re a fan, you know most of the character names in my books come from Japanese words and names. I’m adding a few new characters and thought it would be fun to let readers choose some names.
Today’s Contest: Suggest a character name
Prize: The name you suggest will be included in Combat Shift, coming early 2020. Credit to you in the back of the book. 🙂
Here are three characters who need names. The only requirement is an Asian flair to the name. No John or Sally. 😀 If I get some good ones and you enjoy it, I’ll do it again.
1. Mean woman fighter one level ahead of Kiriai who comes from a high social class and is nasty just for the fun of it. She has two, as yet unnamed, cronies.
2. Crony Number 1 – male (feel free to suggest some characteristics along with the name. I haven’t fleshed this one out yet.
3. Crony number 2 – female (Throw in some ideas here too, if you’d like)

Thanks for all the tooth remedy suggestions! There’s nothing like walking around with a green wad of herbal goo in my cheek with dabs of clove and oregano oil on it. I don’t think it’s going to go far as a new breath mint flavor. Sadly, the problem isn’t fixed and I’m starting antibiotics to see if that helps.
Where is a good healing potion or fixing wand when I need one? 😀
