Hi Friends,
I was thinking about cliffhangers as our vacation is ending with a bang.
Will the 4-year-old stop throwing up in time for our two-day drive home starting tomorrow morning? Ugh!
Will Brooke settle in to college life, make friends and enjoy her freshman year?
What about you? What do you think about cliffhangers at the end of a book you enjoyed?
Pick from the answers below and put yours in the comments:
Cliffhangers at the End of Books:
- I love them – the bigger the better!
- As long as the main plot is wrapped up – a small one is ok.
- Meh – take them or leave them.
- No, unless it’s a teeny, tiny one.
- Absolutely Not! I want everything wrapped up at the end of the book.
Writing Update:
Combat Mind, Book 2, comes out the day after tomorrow. Yay! 🙂
It’s a little surreal to have this series emerge into the world, but exciting at the same time.
Thank you to everyone who has been sharing it on their social media. You’re the best!
Take a minute to share this link on your Facebook page or Twitter feed and I’ll give you an air high-five from here 🙂
I’ll make sure and report back next week on how the launch went with all of your help.
Thank you!
Don’t forget if you have Kindle Unlimited, Combat Origin and Combat Mind are free to read!
I hope you have a great week. Feel free to send good wishes and prayers our way for a nausea-free drive this weekend – though I plan on picking up a big plastic bowl or two, just in case.
Happy reading!
— Misty 😀
